My mother and I were apprehensive about picking out a headstone for my father. Jacque F. made an emotional situation quite comfortable! She was patient in answering our questions. Asked lots of questions about my dad to get to know him and then presented choices that were spot on for what we had in mind. My mom and dad’s ashes will be buried in the same plot. Jacque was extremely helpful in designing a single plot headstone with two names. Communication through the ordering and setting process was good. We also had a veteran plaque placed at the foot. Jacque assisted with all the VA paperwork! I would highly recommend the Marion JW Reynolds location!
