J.W. Reynolds helped me during a difficult time. It was my first time having to prepare a funeral let alone design a headstone for a loved one. The lady that assisted me named Stacy, was awesome and made the headstone process an easy one. She took the time and made sure every detail was the way I wanted and I even got to use a collage of pictures in the shape of my father’s head which was new and neat to me. I was able to put pictures of the things he loved on the back. She made sure to keep me in the loop of everything even down to the day of placement of the headstone.
